General information:
- The Shop is owned by MG Construction Sp. z o.o., ul. Okrężna 9, 87-305 Zbiczno, NIP [taxpayer identification number]: 8741783175, REGON [National Business Registry Number]: 369175601, KRS [COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER]: 0000712087.
- The terms and conditions define the rights and obligations of the customer as well as the rights and obligations of the seller as the entity managing and operating the shop.
- The terms and conditions are available in Polish.
- The customer is obliged to respect the proprietary copyrights and rights arising from the registration of inventions, patents, trademarks, utility models and industrial designs.
- The seller undertakes to use the personal data of the shop customers only for the purpose of the proper fulfilment of the distance contract. The privacy policy is made available during the order process and is sent in each case in an email together with the order confirmation.
- The shop pages are available in Polish, English, Ukrainian, Czech and Slovakian.
Technical terms and conditions for using the Shop
- In order to use the Shop, the Customer should have:
- a device that transmits ICT data,
- access to the Internet,
- an e-mail address.
- The Shop website collects information in the form of cookies, which are text files. These files do not store any personal data and are used anonymously to evaluate the real interest in the service. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Shop and the Customer, which greatly facilitates the matching of the offer to the customer's expectations and preferences. The Customer decides whether to use cookies. The Customer can change the browser settings so that cookies are not stored in the device memory and are deleted.
- The Seller informs that disabling cookies may affect the functionalities available in the Shop.

- The Seller shall make every effort to ensure that the Shop's pages, product photos and product descriptions comply with the requirements of the law on digital accessibility.

Registration and Login
- In order to create a Customer Account, the Customer registers using the form. The data provided by the Customer is: login, e-mail address, password, first name, surname, telephone number and address. The Customer has the option to provide VAT invoice details.
- The password for the Customer Account must contain letters, numbers and special characters. The password is individual for each user. The password can be changed by entering your e-mail address and a new password.
- Creating a Customer Account is free of charge.
- By accepting the terms and conditions, the Customer makes the following statement:
- I have voluntarily registered to use the services of the Shop,
- the information provided in the form is true.
- It is forbidden to pass on the password for accessing the customer account to third parties.
- After registration, the Customer will receive an activation link at the provided email address.
- Using the activation link is equivalent to activating an account, which allows for full use of the Shop's functionality and enables logging in to the Customer Account.
Order processing
- The Shop is open 24/7, enabling Customers to place orders at any time, except during maintenance breaks. Customers can also place orders by e-mail or telephone.
- Customers, in the case of natural persons, can only be persons with full legal capacity.
- The Customer places an order as follows:
- selection of goods by adding them to the shopping basket,
- entering or selecting data in the delivery address and invoice data form,
- selection of delivery and payment method,
- order confirmation by clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay”,
- sending an order confirmation to the Customer's e-mail address,
- an order placed electronically will be confirmed no later than within two working days (excluding public holidays) of receipt of the order. A confirmation will be sent via email or phone.
- The Customer is obliged to provide true data.
- The order confirmation sent to the Customer includes:
- Shop data, including the exact mailing address, e-mail address and the Seller's telephone number,
- product description (e.g. quantity, colour, dimensions),
- the unit and total price of all products,
- the order price, i.e. the total price of the products and the costs of performing the contract, including payments and deliveries,
- payment method,
- complaint/return form – PDF attachment,
- terms and conditions – PDF attachment,
- information on the processing of personal data – PDF attachment.
Payment method
- The Customer can pay for the goods in the following ways:
- bank transfer using the online payment service available in the Shop,
- by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Seller,
- by cash on delivery – only for the country of the Seller's registered office.
- The Seller's account numbers for order payments are listed on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email.
- The Customer is obliged to make the payment to the correct bank account number, according to the currency selected when placing the order.
- The payment costs are displayed on the order page and in the order confirmation email and are included in the total order price. The Seller may not demand a fee from the Customer for using a specific payment method that exceeds the costs incurred by the Seller in this respect.
Prices and costs
- All offers in the Shop are merely an invitation to the Customer to submit a corresponding purchase offer.
- If the buyer is a company registered outside of Poland, the VAT is set to 0 in accordance with legal regulations. The Customer must enter the correct VAT ID number and select the appropriate country when completing the invoice form.
- The prices of products in the Shop are given as net and gross amounts. The product price before adding to basket does not include delivery costs and other additional charges, unless otherwise stated on the item page. Shipping and payment costs are added to the total amount of the ordered products. The Customer is informed about additional costs, e.g. packaging, before placing an order.
- The final price of the order, binding for the Seller and the Customer, is the product price given on the Shop's website before the Customer places the order, including all costs related to the performance of the contract.
- Information on the total order value (including delivery costs, payment) is provided before the order is confirmed and is confirmed in an e-mail sent immediately to the address provided by the customer after the order is confirmed.
Delivery
- The Customer chooses the type of delivery:
- personal collection,
- standard delivery – courier delivery or delivery by the Seller,
- MG Express – Seller's own delivery – faster processing time.
- Characteristics of delivery methods:
- personal collection – the Customer collects the purchased goods from the Seller's warehouse on their own; collection is possible from Monday to Saturday, by prior arrangement. The service is free of charge.
- standard delivery – courier delivery or delivery by the Seller. Delivery is completed from Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Small items are shipped via a courier service. For orders consisting of items that exceed the dimensions for courier shipments, delivery is made by the Seller. The delivery fee is added to the total order amount.
- MG Express – delivery by the Seller. Delivery is completed from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The delivery is handled with priority. The delivery fee is added to the total order amount.
- When ordering multiple products, the delivery date of the product with the latest delivery date is decisive.
- Delivery charges are listed on the website https://sklep.aluminiowe.net.pl/strony/dostawy-3.
- The delivery options available, along with the price table for a given product, are listed on the product page.
- The delivery time shall not exceed 21 days, unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon. If the deadline is exceeded, the consumer has the right to grant the seller additional time. If the goods are still not delivered, the buyer can withdraw from the contract.
- No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
- The Seller is responsible for accidental loss or damage to the goods until they are handed over to the Customer, unless the Customer has chosen a different form of delivery than the ones offered by the Seller.
- The Customer has the opportunity to check the goods upon receipt and, in the event of any damage, to draw up a protocol in the presence of the supplier. The drawing up of a protocol is not a condition for lodging a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Goods are delivered in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany.
Content of the Shop, use of content
- The Seller has the appropriate authorisation to use the photos and content posted on the Shop's websites.
- The images on the Shop pages are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the item on offer.
- The Seller shall make every effort to present the actual appearance of the offered item.
- Before making a purchase, the Customer can ask the Seller to:
- send real photos of the item,
- confirm the specifications,
- change the configuration of the item on offer,
- prepare an individual offer.
- The Customer may not copy, modify or distribute the content, images or logos without the prior written consent of the Seller.
Right of withdrawal
This chapter applies to Users who use the Shop as Consumers.
- The Consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason by submitting a relevant declaration in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product, without issuing a written declaration, by returning the product. The decisive date is the date on which the product was sent/the declaration was submitted.

- In the event of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance, the contract is considered null and void. The items provided are to be returned in an unchanged condition. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days.
- The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with the exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Buyer, unless the Seller has agreed to bear them or has not informed the consumer about their right of withdrawal.
- The costs of returning goods are borne by the Seller if the Consumer has chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest one. The Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred.
- If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Shop will refund the price of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer's declaration. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The Shop issues a written confirmation of the refund.
- The Customer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdraw from the contract, unless the Seller has offered to collect them themselves. It is sufficient to send the goods back before the deadline.
- Goods cannot be sent by cash on delivery, such parcels will not be accepted.
- A template of the declaration of withdrawal can be found on the website of the Shop and is sent in the e-mail with the order confirmation.
- The Customer has no right of withdrawal from a distance contract in the following instances:
- services which have the characteristics specified by the consumer in their order or which are closely related to the consumer, services which are clearly tailored to the individual needs of the consumer,
- the returned goods have been damaged by the customer or the supplier, if the customer does not report this immediately.
Consumer's right to a warranty
- The products offered in the Shop are covered by a 24-month seller's liability for non-conformity of goods. There is a presumption that if the Consumer reported the warranty to the Seller within 12 months of the delivery of the product, the product defect already existed at the time of delivery.
- Complaints on the basis of the Seller's liability for non-conformity of the goods with the contract should be submitted by:
- sending an e-mail to biuro@mg-construction.com.pl,
- letter to MG Construction Sp. z o.o., ul. Okrężna 9, 87-305 Zbiczno.
- The complaint should contain a detailed description of the type of non-conformity, the date on which it occurred, the Consumer's request, the order number and contact details.
- The Shop shall process complaints immediately, no later than within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
- In the absence of information on the manner in which the complaint has been handled, within the period specified in para. 4, the complaint shall be deemed to have been resolved in favour of the Customer.
- In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer may request:
- that the product be brought into conformity with the contract,
- that it be repaired free of charge or that the product be replaced with a new one,
- that the price be reduced, d) that the contract be withdrawn – the Seller will return to the Customer the equivalent of the price of the whole transaction made.
- The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address or postal address provided by the Customer.
- The Seller shall issue a written confirmation of the refund. A sample Complaint Form can be found on the order page and is attached to the e-mail when the order is approved.
Reviews in the online shop
- The Customer of the Online Shop has the possibility of voluntarily and free of charge providing feedback on purchases made in the Online Shop. The subject of an opinion may also be an assessment, a photo or a review of a product purchased in the Online Shop.
- The Seller shall, following purchases in the Online Shop, pass on the data necessary to create an email invitation to the company handling the survey process. The dispatch of the questionnaires and the process of collecting opinions in the forms is handled entirely by the company TrustMate SA with its registered office at Bartoszowicka 3, 51-641 Wrocław: TrustMate SA sends an email to the Customer with a request for a review and a link to an online form for submitting a review - the online form enables the Customer to answer the Seller's questions about the purchase, rate it, add a description of the review and a photo of the purchased product. If a review is not issued after receipt of the first review invitation, TrustMate may resend the invitation.
- A review can only be issued by the Customer who has made a purchase from the Seller's Online Shop.
- The reviews submitted by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Shop and on the TrustMate.io business card.
- The submission of reviews may not be used by the Customer for illegal activities, in particular for activities that constitute an act of unfair competition against the Seller or activities that infringe personal rights, intellectual property rights or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
- A review can only be issued for products actually purchased from the Seller's Online Shop. The conclusion of fictitious/apparent sales contracts for the purpose of issuing reviews is prohibited. Neither the Seller themselves nor their employees, irrespective of employment basis, may be the author of an opinion.
- A submitted review can be removed by its author at any time.

- The Customer can read the terms and conditions, download them to their device and print them out.
- The Seller will change the provisions of the Terms and Conditions for important reasons after informing the Customers by publishing the unified text of the Terms and Conditions on the website of the Shop and sending its content to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer. The amended or modified terms and conditions shall, subject to the fulfilment of the other conditions provided for by law, have binding force only for legal relations arising after the amendment or modification comes into force.
- The changes to the terms and conditions will not in any manner affect the acquired rights of Customers using the Shop prior to the effective date of the changes.
The terms and conditions shall enter into force on 9 April 2025.
