Deliveries

  1. The Customer chooses the type of delivery:
    1. personal collection,
    2. standard delivery – courier delivery or delivery by the Seller,
    3. MG Express – Seller's own delivery – faster processing time.
  2. Characteristics of delivery methods:
    1. personal collection – the Customer collects the purchased goods from the Seller's warehouse on their own; collection is possible from Monday to Saturday, by prior arrangement. The service is free of charge.
    2. standard delivery – courier delivery or delivery by the Seller. Delivery is completed from Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Small items are shipped via a courier service. For orders consisting of items that exceed the dimensions for courier shipments, delivery is made by the Seller. The delivery fee is added to the total order amount.
    3. MG Express – delivery by the Seller. Delivery is completed from Monday to Saturday, with a minimum of 1–2 working days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. The delivery is handled with priority. The delivery fee is added to the total order amount.
  3. When ordering multiple products, the delivery date of the product with the latest delivery date is decisive.
  4. Delivery charges are listed on the website https://sklep.aluminiowe.net.pl/strony/dostawy-3.
  5. The delivery options available, along with the price table for a given product, are listed on the product page.
  6. The delivery time shall not exceed 21 days, unless a different delivery time has been agreed upon. If the deadline is exceeded, the consumer has the right to grant the seller additional time. If the goods are still not delivered, the buyer can withdraw from the contract.
  7. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
  8. The Seller is responsible for accidental loss or damage to the goods until they are handed over to the Customer, unless the Customer has chosen a different form of delivery than the ones offered by the Seller.
  9. The Customer has the opportunity to check the goods upon receipt and, in the event of any damage, to draw up a protocol in the presence of the supplier. The drawing up of a protocol is not a condition for lodging a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract.
  10. Goods are delivered in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany.

MG Standard

MG Standard deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The minimum delivery period is 2 - 5 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the item page. Small size items are shipped via external companies.

MG Express

MG Frame Scaffolding

Ze względu na specyficzny charakter rusztowań ramowych oraz materiały, z który są one wykonane, koszt dostawy jest wyższy niż w pozostałych przypadkach. Dostawy odbywają się od poniedziałku do soboty, z wyłączeniem dni wolnych od pracy. Minimalny termin realizacji to 5 - 7 dni roboczych, chyba że na stronie przedmiotu wskazano inaczej.
